One of the VERY first steps in buying a home in getting pre-approved by a lender. No sense looking at homes, falling in love with that ranch with the fireplace and apple trees in the backyard only to find out you can only afford the split level that is really nice, but you’d have to get creative with a fire in the house….save yourself some heartbreak and get pre-approved first.

The Process is really quite simple – fill out the online applications below where available or give them a call. They will run your credit and schedule an appointment with you.

At your appointment (or phone interview if you are out of town), they will confirm your income, talk with you about financing options, maybe suggest some ways to help your credit if necessary, and give you that which we need to accompany the offer on a home: THE PRE-APPROVAL LETTER! {da-da-daaaa!}

We highly recommend LOCAL lenders. They know the area, the programs available, and we have relationships with them. (We know where they work….)

Local lender transactions are typically faster and have lower closing costs than online ones.
