What is the difference between the home inspection and home appraisal?
I get this question alot – especially if you are working with the VA or FHA for a home loan.
Since these lenders require certain conditions to be met on the property (see later episodes for more details!), it can be confusing when the appraiser goes out to do an inspection.
You still need your OWN home inspection.
