Rapid City Neighborhoods – Countryside South…just off Sheridan Lake Road
Countryside South Subdivision is a beautiful community a few miles outside of Rapid City. Large lots and big homes make it easy for you and your family to spread out and enjoy. Some lots have good views of draws with tress. Each home is nicely landscaped with trees and bushes growing. The Wildlife is common placed as well.
With a variety of homes available – whether is be ranch, split, 2 story, or 3 and 4 level homes – you are sure to find what you like best. Homes range in size from 2,000 to 5,000 square feet and were built from the early 90s to early 2000s. Most are on at least a half acre lot – ranging up to close to an acre.

Countryside South is on an association water supply, with each home having it’s private septic. Natural gas and broadband internet are there as well.

Need to be at the Rapid City Regional Hospital and Medical Center? A quick 15 minutes is all you’ll need.
If you are going to live out of town – you might as well enjoy the Black Hills! Sheridan Lake Road has many picnic areas, fishing spots (especially fly fishing along the creek), climbing hills, ATV and hiking trails, and more! At the end of Sheridan Lake Road is…ta-da…Sheridan Lake. A smaller lake to enjoy boating, swimming, fishing or picnic-ing. Whatever your Black Hills thing, you’ll find it not far from this subdivision.
