I added Episode 9.3 as there is often much confusion about the difference between the home inspection and the required condition inspection provided by the home appraiser – most often a concern for VA and FHA properties.
I break the pattern a bit in Episode 9.4 to tell a story (from a seller’s side, actually) about why you SHOULD get a home inspection. It is important….these buyers missed out on a bunch by waiving it. Watch the story.
