Yet another indicator to prove all real estate is LOCAL.
And things ain’t too bad here in the Hills. (despite what the national media says)
CoreLogic (a leading provider of financial, proeprty, and consumer information) released a home price report this week concerning home price increases in August of this year.
West Virigina led the charge with a 8.6% rise in home prices. Followed by some of our midwest neighbors:
Wyoming 3.6%
North Dakota 3.5%
South Dakota 1.5%
Nebraska 1.1%

Note that we are seeing an increase here in South Dakota. Sure, it’s not huge, but steady as always.
